With a career spanning 28 years, he was able to highlight Brigadier Dr. Faisal Bin Shauiah in the field of strategies, leadership, protection, and operational risk management. His career began in the military sector as an investigation and detective officer at the rank of lieutenant and ended in the public sector as a development consultant at the rank of brigadier general in the Special Military Police Group for Security and Protection. Dr. Faisal contributed to the establishment of policies and procedures for operational risks and compliance for many entities He also has academic experience in military and security studies, as well as a deep specialization as a risk management researcher by obtaining a Ph.D. in risk management from the United Kingdom and a master's in protection management from the United States. Dr. Faisal's research topic: "Risk Management Strategies to Deal with Unexpected Risks in Saudi Organizations" reinforced the identification of the large gap in Saudi organizations, regarding their dealing with risks and crises. Therefore, the result of Dr. Faisal's research, in light of his observations, prompted him to head into the field of consulting through ANA Company which later became the CEO of the company.
